Dead lift- 5 sets of 3 reps; build to a heavy triple.

Crossfit Love!

Congratulations Curtis and Erica.  Met in Crossfit, now engaged to be married!  That diamond should be shaped as a kettlebell or something.


The Paleo Challenge is here!  Details can be found on the home page.  We will be holding a class on Thursday at 9am and 6pm in the conference room,  on “what is paleo”.  We can answer any questions you may have and go over why paleo is superior way to eat.  The challenge will start a week from today, June 27th.  Except the challenge to change your life today!

  1. Yay, Erica and Curtis!!!! You are so cute together! I am so happy for you. I knew something was up when we were in Denver. Happy wedding planning! And Yes, we did have time for some handstand push-ups on the way because Scott blew up that Ragnar hill. He told me he was eating hills for breakfast, but I thought he was just kidding! 🙂

  2. Curtis, I remember you saying a while back that you do CrossFit as a favor to Lindsay… You were just “eye candy” to draw the ladies in so they’ll try out the class. Looks like we’ll have to start taking applications to fill this position since you’re off the market. Congrats to the both of you!

  3. Brody, I owe Lindsay even MORE since he lined us up…. So I will continue to sacrifice and act as “eye candy” to get more clients for Lindsay and CFTC. You’re welcome Linds!
