06/26/10 WOD

We had one more winner for the swimsuit challenge, but since she hasn’t been to Crossfit all week, I wasn’t able to get her picture.

 Congratulations Jana.. and again to all that participated, you all are winners in my book.

 

TEAM WOD

In teams of 2-3 you will complete for time:

400 meter run

80 Box Jumps- 24m/20w

400 meter run

110 Wall Balls 20m/14w

400 meter run

150 Anchored Sit-ups

400 meter run

200 Squats

400 meter run

 

I happened to catch Walt in the middle of his own stretch routine….WTF?!

  2. Good job to Jana! She is very strict on her diet and has been kicking butt in the wods! I’m so proud of her hard work and dedication to CF. A few months ago she hated us because all we did was talk about CF at family parties, now she’s one of us! HA! I luv it!

  3. Hey, I only missed ONE day this week. The last time my picture was on a WOD it was seven months ago when I started and I was purged over the toilet meeting pukie. I must say this one is by far better. I never thought seven months ago I would LOVE crossfit this much. It took Chase a good six months to talk me into coming. Well, that and I got sick of hearing about Cindy, Fran, and snatches at ALL family functions. It was either join crossfit or become a social outcast at the family parties. I am so glad I did. Now I find myself talking everyone I know into coming. That first month is hard and i would have never thought seven months later I would have won the diet challenge. Something I have learned is with ordinary talent and extraordinary perseverance, all things are attainable. I still have a long ways to go but I can’t wait to keep going….. Walt you’re creativity with the band is great, I’ll have to try that today.

  4. Today is my lovely wife’s Crossfit Anniversary. Thank you Cindy Doebler for bringing Jer to the altar of the torture chamber where she was first given the Kool-aid and without which I would probably still be riding a stationary bike thinking I was getting a good workout!

  5. Walt you are too funny! Well cant make it today again but whats new about that. I did get to the track at 7 am and do sprint work so I geuss that is good! Good luck to everyone I love partner day! Good job Jana! Well to all, have fun at crossfit!!! I am off to the Lot 🙁

  7. Jana you look so good! This is a hard diet and not always the most convenient for us moms on the go. I am so proud of you!
