  1. If you have not had a chance to watch the kids CrossFit you are missing out. Lindsay and the team are doing a great job… Stop by for a few minutes and enjoy their enthusiasm it is awesome!

  2. All I have to say is, wow those kids are tough, bear crawl races…what…I would rather do pull-ups then spend that much time bent over working my hamstrings and shoulder!! So great job to the KIDS. Oh and for BRODY I found out how to make a homemade row machine!!!! I have a golds gym set up at my home and it has a cable to do lats and it also has a lower cable. So I had my husband weld me a flat bar, hook it up to the lower pully, I start at the ground as if I am warming up to do a snatch and then I burst to the top and pull the bar as high as I can up, with this you can also add or take away as much weight needed. The only thing is I kinda have to geuss how long I should row when I see the meters on the cross fit web page. So there you have it 🙂 We can all row at home!!!
