CFTC Summer Games coming Aug 13th, there will be a sign up sheet in the crossfit area. You will sign up individually and be assigned to a 4 person team. We wanted to give plenty of notice so you can schedule that day for a little bit of sweaty fun.
1. Back Squat- (80% of 1 RM) 3 x 5
2. 10 Rounds for time of:
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Ring Dips
