Last week of the paleo challenge.  We will be doing measurements, body fats and the performance workout the first part of next week.  Looking forward to seeing this Captain change to Captain America!


WOD

1.  Clean & Jerk- 60% 2 x 2, 65% 2 x 2, 70% 2 x 1

2.  For Time:

Run 775 meters (5 laps)

20 Squat Cleans- 135m/95w

Run 465 meters ( 3 laps)

15 Jerks- 135/95

Run 155 meters ( 1 lap)

10 Squat Snatch- 135m/95w

 

STRENGTH

Week 3

Day 2

1.  Mid- Hang High Pull + Mid Hang Muscle Snatch (40% of snatch) 2 + 2 x 3

2.  Clean & Jerk- 60% 3 x 2, 65% 2 x 2, 70% 3 x 1

  1. Lindsay, didnt you say we can have dried fruit if there is no added sugar? I found some dried apples from bare fruit, I was going to bring them in and make sure they are ok but I forgot. The ingredients are just apples and cinnamon. I hope they are or I am going to have to take alot of points off.

    I will be out of town from Thursday until next Thursday. Can I do a makeup performance wod? And measurements?
