Here is what we do for entertainment in our house!
AMRAP in 10 min of:
2 Dead lifts @ 80% of 5RM
10 Plyo Push-ups
*Perform a plyo push up by placing one hand on a 45 lbs plate and the other on the ground, perform an explosive push up that allows you to transition the hand on the ground to the hand on the plate and vice versa.
1. Front Squat- 80% 3 x 5
2. Snatch Pull- 95% of snatch- 2 x 3
3. Jerk- max for day; 90% of that 1 x 3
