WOD

1.  Take 15 min and build to a heavy 1 rep Snatch- work on recieving load in full squat.

2.  4 Rounds for time of:

6 DB Power Snatch- 25% of BW

6 Pistols

12 Knees to Elbow

 

STRENGTH

Week 5

Day 2

1.  Snatch (65% x 2, 70% x 2, 75% x 1) x 3

2.  Clean & Jerk (65% x 2, 70% x 2, 75% x 1) x 3
