What will it be for the CFTC games this year, more thrusters!


1.  Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

Level I

3 unbroken Muscle-ups every minute

Level II

3 muscle-ups every minute

Level III

10 Pull-ups every minute

Level IV

14 Jumping Pull-ups every minute

*every round reps not completed add +15 burpees


2.  3 Rounds of:

GHD Sit-ups x max consecutive reps; No failed reps: rest 2 min b/t sets


3.  Tabata Ring Push-ups

4 minutes, 20 seconds on/10 seconds off.  score is lowest total reps completed.



Week 5

Day 3

1.  Snatch- (75% x 1, 78% x 1, 80% x 1, 75% x 1) x 2

2.  Clean & Jerk- (75% x 1, 78% x 1, 80% x 1, 75% x 1) x 2

  2. Yes, thanks a lot Lindsay! Excellent burgers! Mindi, if I get a sub-par score on today’s WOD, I’m blaming you. I have a serious addiction to chocolate and pastries. Your brownies were incredibly good and I exhibited absolutely NO self control yesterday.

    Lindsay: Thanks for the great pool party last night. I don’t know of another place where a bunch of people who sweat together also enjoy each other’s company while breaking meat (it would be bread but the whole paleo thing takes that away).
