For anyone that wants to join the the gang for a fun run up Malan’s Peak, they will be meeting at the top of 27th street at 7pm on Sunday. From what I hear it’s really easy!
In teams of two, you will complete;
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
10 Jerks- 115m/85w
10 Front Squats
20 Lateral Bar Hops (each side= 1)
10 Games Standard Push-ups
