08/07/10 WOD


For anyone that wants to join the the gang for a fun run up Malan’s Peak, they will be meeting at the top of 27th street at 7pm on Sunday.  From what I hear it’s really easy!

WOD

In teams of two, you will complete;

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

10 Jerks- 115m/85w

10 Front Squats

20 Lateral Bar Hops (each side= 1)

10 Games Standard Push-ups

  1. Thanks SO much to Justin, Keylee, and Sarah today for cheering me on to do finish that last set of pushups! It was one of those days where I don’t know if I would have gotten them all in before the buzzer :)! Keylee and Sarah you two are both doing extremely well! Keep it up 🙂 !!!

  2. Sherrie, you are so much fun in there! My wife REALLY appreciates all your help! She is totally loving CrossFit! There were a lot of new people today and to you all I cannot encourage you enough to stick with it! CrossFit is where it is at!
