End of 5 week strength cycle, find your 1RM for the following:

1. Snatch- max

2. Clean & Jerk- max

then;

4 Rounds of:

60 sec. Front Bridge

60 sec. Sit-ups

60 sec. Bicycle Crunch

60 sec. Hollow Rocks

 

We are 6 days away from the 3rd annual CFTC games! We are in need of two brave souls, 1 man/1 women to complete 1 more full team. If anyone has had a change of plans and is interested please let me know ASAP. We are also looking for anyone that is interesting in volunteering to help on Saturday, if anyone can please let me know. Teams will be announced on Wednesday, so you can at least get to know who they are by Saturday. Looking forward to some fun!!
