STRENGTH

Deadlift- 5 sets of 3 reps; rest 20 sec.

Battling Ropes- 5 sets of 30 on/ 30 off; rest 3 min. (drummers, side to side slams)

 

WOD

Death by 10 meters.

 

* Had a great weekend at the Crossfit Endurance Certification this past weekend.  Stacie, Autumn and I all learned some amazing things, running mechanics, programming and trigger points to name a few.  Can’t wait to implement these things into our training at CFTC.  Look for in the near future Crossfit Endurance classes.  This is the workout we did at the cert, hope you have as much fun as we did!  Check out Crossfitendurance.com pretty good stuff.
