Battling Ropes- 5 sets of 30 on/ 30 off; rest 3 min. (drummers, side to side slams)
Death by 10 meters.
* Had a great weekend at the Crossfit Endurance Certification this past weekend. Stacie, Autumn and I all learned some amazing things, running mechanics, programming and trigger points to name a few.
