What a great weekend, good job to all those that participated in the CFTC summer games. Very proud of the effort everyone put into the workouts, I saw a lot of people setting new PR’s in the dead lift, looks like there will be no more of those light weights for some of you on dead lift workouts anymore. Thank you to all the volunteers and judges for your time. I also wanted to thank Progenex, Herbs for Health, WOD Love and Olijvan (I can’t pronounce it, let alone spell it), also thanks to Wasatch Crossfit, Ogden Crossfit and Utah Valley Crossfit for coming up and having some fun with us.
