* There is no time component to this WOD.  If you cannot bench press your body weight choose a weight you could get at least 6 reps or more.

  1. True Walt, but… Tony was pretty worn out from his “Glamour shots” shoot the night before… he claims they are pretty rough!

    Ps: Mindi D, Tony was scared to ask, but he wanted to know if he could barrow your “Leg warmers” and your Dumbells for his next shoot?
