In teams of 4 you will complete,

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

155 Meter Run

Rest Station

Burpee Box Jumps- 20″

Wall Balls- 20m/14w (10ft target)


In 4 minutes complete AMRAP:

Overhead Squat- 75m/45w


*Score will be total reps of all the movements in 24 minutes.
