Make sure you take the time everyday to take care of yourself and do some mobilizing. We are all different and have different things bothering us at times, you can find all sorts of different techniques to work over a troubled area on the Mobility WOD.


Start of a 4 week power cycle, you will only be working of 90% of your 1 rep max.

1. Shoulder Press- 65% x 5, 75% x 5, 85% x 5

2. AMRAP in 20 min of:

Run 155 m (1 lap)

20 Thrusters- 65m/45w

20 Box Step-ups- 20″ (10/leg)

15 Pull-ups
