Mobility WOD- Aug 24th post
ATTENTION- There will be no O-Lifting this Thursday. We will be holding in it’s place at 7pm, a Pose Running Clinic to introduce to you a new Crossfit Endurance class coming in October. I highly recommend anyone that wants to improve their running to come and see what its all about.

Wow Brody that may be the post of the year!!! Some dentist just made a lot of money off of that I’m guessing!!! That picture pretty much is an apt description of how my lower body feels from Monday.
