For Time:

250 Double Unders

50 KBS- 70/53

50 Anchored Weighted Sit-ups- 40m/25w

Run 465 m (3 laps)

50 Hang Squat Cleans- 135m/95w

50 Barbell Wipers- 135m/95w (over and back=1 rep)

Row 1000 m

50 Power Snatch- 135m/95w

50 Pull-ups

250 Lateral Bar Hops

 

We will be CLOSED MONDAY SEPT 5th for Labor Day.  Enjoy your officially last day of summer.
