1.  Shoulder Press- (90% of 1RM) 75% x 5, 85% x 3, 95% x 1

2.  Tabata Anchored Sit-ups (4min)- hands on temples

Rest 5 min

3.  For Time:

30 Wall Ball- 20m/15w (10’/9′)

50 Walking Lunge Steps w/ Sandbag- 80m/40w

15 Sandbag Get-ups- 80/40

50 Walking Lunge Steps w/ Sandbag

30 Wall Ball
