500 Meter Row

40 Squats

30 Sit-ups

20 Push-ups

10 Pull-ups


*Rest as needed*


For 5 minutes:

30 sec. L-sit Hang

30 sec. Hollow Rock

  2. Oh Sam I know… I saw it and thought it wasn’t too bad for only using up 37 takes to get it right. One problem I do have with it is a minor detail Travis pointed out to me. When I say “now that I’m a family man”, I’m pretty sure Kellie rolls her eyes… What The Hell?!?

  3. Brody, do you blame her for rolling her eyes. Maybe on the first 36 takes, you shouldn’t have kept saying “I like the club because it’s a great place to pick up chicks!”. I don’t think that could have gone over to well. I’m just sayin……..
