Deadlift- 5-3-1-1-1-1-1; rest as needed b/t sets.  A break in form constitutes a failed rep, lower weight and continue.

5 Rounds for Max Reps of:

Max Ring Dips in 1:00 min.

rest 1 min

Max Push-ups in 1:00 min

rest 1 min.

  1. Are ya kidding me?? I can still barely lift my arm just to pick my nose due to Friday’s WOD! Maybe that’s just me…Oh well, let’s do it!! 🙂

  2. Congrats to Darin and Tim this morning-I totally forgot to write it on the board-but they both PR’d on their deadlifts 🙂 !!! (..umm and I can’t remember how much weight they deadlifted), but they PR’d!!! Exciting day! Nice work guys!
