They’re back… We’ve only done these once before, and it’s time to give them another go! If this movement is what helps make our Navy Seals as tough as they are, then I say “Bring it on!”


1. Back Squat (90% of 1RM)- 50% x 5, 60% x 5, 70% x 5

2. 4 Rounds for Max Reps of:
1 min DB Manmakers- 20% of BW
rest 1 min
1 min DB Power Snatch- 20% of BW (this is with two DB’s)
rest 1 min
1 min DB Step-ups- 20″ box (20% of BW)
rest 1 min
