SCHEDULE- Next week Monday- Wednesday we are going to try and hold a few of the crossfit WOD’s outside. They will be redoing the basketball courts flooring and there will be terrible fumes that we have to breath during our workouts. So if the weather cooperates we will be outside for a few days, if it is a really rainy day wear your rain gear. FYI there will also be no Childcare on Monday.
