09/19/11 WOD

Happy Birthday Autumn!  Between you and Dustin your kids are sure going to inherit some nice genes!  Autumn is going to be one of our new additions to CFTC, she will be teaching the Crossfit Endurance classes starting in October.  Keep up the strong work Autumn.


WOD

Complete 4 rounds of:

You have 90 seconds to complete the following…

Sprint 40 yds

30 KB Swings- heavy 70m/53w

*Rest 3 minutes between rounds.

 

We will be going outside for the next couple of days because of some construction in our Crossfit area.  Be sure to dress accordingly.  We will meet at the top of the stairs by the cardio room each day for class.
