09/20/11 WOD

That’s a big man to be swinging around on the rings like a gymnast.  We have one more day outside and you will be begging me to come back inside.  We will meet at the beginning of each class at the top of the stairs by the cardio center.  Don’t be scared outside can be soooo much fun!

25 DB Thrusters- 25% of BW

1 Hill Run

25 DB Hang Squat Cleans

1 Hill Run

25 DB Front Squat

1 Hill Run

25 DB Squat Clean- db must touch ground.
