09/23/11 WOD

Because of so many events going on this weekend we will ONLY have the 9:30 WOD on Saturday.  Be sure to come out and support some of our own crossfitter’s compete at the Retro Games this weekend at Wasatch Crossfit.

 

WOD

1.  Shoulder Press- find new 1RM

2.  Back Squat- find new 1RM

3.  4 Rounds for time of:

15 Power Snatch- 95m/65w

20 Wall Ball- 20m/15w (10’/9′)

30 Double Unders

 

We have had several new Personal Records in our testing of our new 1 rep max on the Bench, and the dead lift.  Keep up the strong work!
