AMRAP in 30 min:

In 3 minute intervals you will complete,

20 Pull-ups

30 Push-ups

40 Sit-ups

50 Squats

* Each partner will work for 3 minutes, when 3 minutes is up the second partner picks up where they left off and continues.  How many rounds you can complete in 30 minutes continuing in 3 min intervals.
