Bench Press- 3 sets of 3 reps @ 90% of 1RM; rest 3 min

Strict Pull-ups- 3 sets of max reps; rest 1 min

50 Double Unders

25 Wall Ball 2-fer-1’s- 20m/14w (10ft)
