In teams of 2 you will complete:

“Football Gone REALLY Bad!

Five 1 minute rounds of:

Thrusters- 95m/65w

Box Jumps- 20″

Push-ups

Double Unders

Calorie Row

* 1 minute rest b/t rounds

This is a five minute round from which a one minute break is allowed before repeating.  The clock does not stop or reset between exercises.  Score is max reps achieved by two partners.

09/30/11 WOD Results

 

Today from 11-1pm there will be a Women’s Clean & Jerk clinic at CFTC.  The clinic is free it will be taught by Jan Drexler from NRG and Kim Averette from Cache Valley.

  1. That WOD kicked my trash today. It was horrible, but rewarding, It only took me 3 hours to come to the “rewarding” part.
