  1. Wow Bitty, I heard that your trip was suppose to go one more day but that you cut it short just so you could make it back in time to put us through that torture. You’re demented. I would like to dedicate this quote to you. It’s from the great philosophers Eminem and Rihanna.

I can’t tell you what it really is
I can only tell you what it feels like
And right now there’s a steel knife
    In my windpipe
    I can’t breathe……………..
    Just gonna stand there
    And watch me burn
    But that’s alright
    Because I like
    The way it hurts
    Just gonna stand there
    And hear me cry
    But that’s alright
    Because you love to
    watch me meet pukie……

or something like that. I don’t remember how it goes exactly.

    Pass the Ibuprofen please…

  2. Scot, I am in fits of laughter! Yes, I always cut my trips short so I don’t miss my Monday early morning Crossfit! 🙂 Just so you know, I got mine in later, so I wasn’t just standing around watching you guys suffer! You are my hero….. I’ll pass you the Ibuprofen anytime.
