Eating Challenge anyone?

Have been asked by several people to have another eating challenge.  We shouldn’t have to have a challenge to eat healthy but it always helps to have incentives!



A.  Snatch- build to a heavy 2 reps in 5 sets; rest as needed.

B.  Front Squat- 3 x 3 @ 80% of 1RM; rest 2 min

C.  AMRAP in 6 min of:

5 DB Hang Squat Cleans- 25% of BW

10 Push-ups

*Rest 5 min

D.  4 Rounds for max distance

Run 30 sec

Walk 30 sec

Run 1 min

Walk 30 sec

Run 90 sec

walk 30 sec
