Sam in the early days of Crossfit. Look at the weight you throw around now Sam! Keep up the strong work. We will be changing the EVENING WOD times starting next week. Every class will start at 15 after, we have had a problem with people making it on time for the evening WOD times since I started. I can’t stress enough how important it is that you come in and get the proper warm-up before you start a workout. So starting on Monday, class times will be 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15. Mark it down!
