In teams of  two you will complete,

For Time:

35 HSPU

40 Deadlifts- 225m/155w

45 Box Jumps- 24m/20w

50 Pull-ups

100 Wall Balls- 20m/14w (10ft)

200 Double Unders

Run 600 meters w/ 45lb plate
