FUNCTION / DRIVE

A.  EMOM for 20 min perform:

Even minute- 200 m Row

Odd minute- 8 Target Burpees- touch 6″ above max reach

*rest 5 min…then do,

EMOM for 10 min perform:

30yd Prowler Push (15yd high bar, 15yd low bar)- Men 180lbs plate weight, Women- 90lbs plate weight

20yd Shuttle Run x max reps (10yd down and back)- as many reps as possible within the minute, must touch the line with two hands.

 

YOGA– 6am Yoga will meet in the small aerobics room…GO!

GYMNASTICS– 5:15pm

OLYMPIC LIFTING– 6:15pm
