OPTIONAL STRENGTH CYCLE II

Week 7

Day 1

1.  Back Squat- 50/5, 60/5, 75/5, 80/4, 82/3

2.  Standing GM (clean max)- 27/8, 35/8, 37/8

3.  DB Bentover Row (clean max)- 30/8, 37/4, 37/4

*We will be starting another kids crossfit next month, we have a limited amount of spots.  If you are interested be sure to sign up now.  We will also be adding more crossfit times on thursday starting next month.  We will now have a 10am class and a 4pm class on Thursday.

    Lindsay- Hey got a new Xfit trick… I saw it last night on Biggest Loser, the trainer Bob Green came up with it. It’s called the “scorpion flip” and it goes like this:

    start in plank position, lift a hind leg up towards ceiling and FLIP your body over facing the ceiling, now touch your free leg to your opposite hand ( abd crunch with leg and arm straight) , then back to plank position and do a push up. Thats on rep. What do you think, can we try it?
