10/17/10 WOD

Today you have a choice, you can do it in teams of two or go in alone on this one.  This workout was created for fallen and living hero’s in Afghanistan.

The Disposable Hero’s WOD

5 Rounds

400 Meter Run

40 Meter Walking Lunges

25 Knees to Elbows (if you drop anytime during 25, you owe 5 quick burpees then continue where you left off)

25 Push-ups (games standard, hands off at the bottom)

25 Burpee Pull-ups

  1. Isaw the name to this one and felt so bad that I am missing it because I have a lot of ties to Afghanastan…then I read the actual workout and I thought to myself…good bye little kitten…I am off to enjoy myself some football!!!
