  1. Colby, quite an amazing story. Your before and after pics are unreal. My family absolutely love Lindsay and the Club’s community up there. It is always inspiring to get reminded of what is so cool about CrossFit. And I’m still laughing about you saying my sister sings the sweetest tune. The only way to make sense of it is to believe that she is trying to sing out of tune on purpose, surely nobody could sing that bad naturally. Anyways congrats and keep it up.

  4. Wow Colby! Congratulations! When you told me about your 1 year “anniversary”, I had a very hard time visualizing you at your heavy weight when I was looking at you all leaned up. However, those pictures CONFIRM your hard work and dedication to a healthier lifestyle. Good for you and your family that they have you at your best. I am glad that CrossFit helped you on your quest.
