We are looking to start a new program in November called “crossfit Lite”. This class is intended for those that are intimidated by Crossfit or have had some injuries that they think would prevent them from doing some of the crossfit movements at high intensity. If you know of anyone that would be interested, we are asking people to commit to times and come 2-3 days/week. The times we will have are:
