WOD

In teams of 4 people ( 2 men, 2 women if possible)

3 Rounds for max reps of:

1 min Wall Ball- 20m/14w

1 min SDHP

1 min Ring Push-ups

1 min Row (meters)

* 1 minute rest between rounds.  Each member completes one minute at each station for total # of reps.

*By the end of each round rowers must accumulate 900 meters or you’re teams score for that round is zero.

  1. Thanks Mr. Speilberg for your short film and to all of you for your kind words. I was completely alone that day–or so I thought! I am genuinely surprised at how I sound, to people sneaking up behind me, because on the other side of those earphones its a party and I’m up on stage singing and dancing with him!
