1 min Wall Ball- 20m/14w
1 min SDHP
1 min Ring Push-ups
1 min Row (meters)
* 1 minute rest between rounds. Each member completes one minute at each station for total # of reps.
*By the end of each round rowers must accumulate 900 meters or you’re teams score for that round is zero.
