FUNCTION

A.  2 sets (not for time)

10-12 Shoulder Touches

15 V-ups

2 Turkish Get-ups (2 per arm)

B.  For Time:

Row 2k

-when clock reaches 10 min, complete the following for time:

10 Box Jumps- 30/26 (or as high as possible)

20 Burpees

30 Double Unders (90 singles)

40 DB Snatch (20 R/ 20 L)- 50/30

30 Double Unders

20 Burpees

10 Box Jumps-30/26

-When clock reaches 20:00, complete the following for time:

Row 2k

 

DRIVE

A.  2 sets (not for time)

3-6 Muscle-ups (if you don’t have muscle-ups yet, practice)

15-20 V-ups

2 Turkish Get-ups (2 per arm)

B.  For Time:

Row 2k

-when clock reaches 10 min, complete the following for time:

10 Box Jumps-30/26

20 Burpees

30 Double Unders

40 KB Snatch- 70/53

30 Double Unders

20 Burpees

10 Box Jumps

-when clock reaches 20:00, then complete the following for time
