A.  Every 3 minutes, for 30 minutes (10 sets)

Run 310m (2 laps)

10 Slam Balls-30/20

-with the remainder of the 3 minutes perform ME HR Push-ups

-Score is max HR Push-ups


Yoga- is back on at 6am, is small room upstairs!

CF Gymnastics– there are now 2 classes, one at 10am and 5:15pm.

Olympic Lifting- will be cancelled this week.
