10/25/10 WOD


I hope everyone has taken the time to watch and do the Mobility WOD’s each week.  If you haven’t taken 5-10 minutes a day to find your tight areas, I highly recommend you start.  It will increase your performance and your longevity.


“Football Gone Bad”

Three 1 minute rounds for Max Reps of:

Thrusters- 95m/65w

Box Jumps- 20″

Double Unders


Calorie Row

* Move from each of the five stations after a minute.  This is a five minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.  The clock does not reset of stop between exercises.  On the call of “rotate” each person moves to the next station.  One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.


MOBILITY WOD- 10/01/10 post


We will be hosting the BARBELLS FOR BOOBS this Wednesday the 27th.  The event will start at 5pm.  We will still have the regular class schedule in the morning.  All evening WOD’s will be cancelled.  It’s not to late to register, see you there!
