10/27/11 WOD

Yesterdays WOD was supposed to be movements we’ve never done before, but it’s obvious Justin has practiced them…ย  Well, a version of them that is.

CrossFit Endurance will be meeting at the Ogden High School track at 6:00am.ย  Dress warm, running shoes, and music is optional.

 

WOD

Level I
3 rounds of:
10 squat cleans- heavy
15 inverted ring rows
10 burpees
15 kbs- 53/35
Run 310 m
*walk rest 10 min, each round as fast as possible, score time for each round and load used.

Level II (no scaling this level)
3 rounds of:
10 (touch & go) squat cleans unbroken- heavy as possible
15 CTB Pull-ups
10 burpees
15 kbs- 70/53
Run 310m
*walk rest 10 min, score time for each round and load used.

  1. O boy!! He was getting ready for the ‘stomp’ that the 6am class holds every morning. You will notice by the video.. the boys on 1 end, girls on the other. I always feel like i’m at a Jr high stomp at 6am! JK i love you all ๐Ÿ™‚ Especially that super sexy dude in gray doing burpees next to smurf ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. CrossFit Endurance is LEGIT!!! It was cold, but 30 seconds in, you were cooking. Thanks Autumn for a killer class. Nice job Chase, Mindi, Heidi, Autumn! Next up… Conquer my fear of the spin bike.

  3. So I have watched this video footage a few times and it is just puzzling; in my mind when I am doing those “wicked sweet” dance moves I imagine I look cool like Usher, but each time I watch this video it looks more like a drunk stripper. Really puzzling….

  4. Alright people just checked the fitness elevated masters comp held at our place. We only have one person (Brody) signed up so far. What’s everyone problem! We have some of the most bad a$$ masters around ages start at 35 for this masters comp. Come on now try something new and challenge yourself every once in awhile, there is nothing in these workouts that we don’t do everyday at CFTC. SIGN-UP!!!!

    1. Ya what the HELL?! I see a good majority of you people every day and you are all more than capable of doing these WODs. You’re all strong enough, you have a home court advantage… You’ve got nothing to loose. Don’t make me go it alone people! Also, they give us Masters a seniors discount ๐Ÿ™‚ That’s a $60 savings so take full advantage!

  5. Ok what is the date again and are the wods already posted…I am sure I am out of town, but there should be someone else around to sign up

    1. I can’t tell you the wods but they are doable for everyone at CFTC they will be no harder then what we do everyday. It is next Saturday November 5th.

  6. Mom, Lindsay is talking to you! There are several of you that would do so good! Can I sign up for the masters? I miss my 6:00 am class! Justin, I would have been right there dancing with you ;).
