50 Back Extensions

Run 5 laps

  1. Hey Guys! Just wanted to say Thanks to Craig for being a great partner today! Way to bust it man.

    PLEASE CHECK YOUR BAG if you were at the 9:30 am CF today. Someone took off with my grey Buddy Lee jump rope. Look closely at the one you went home with to see if there’s something “different” about your handles.

    Awesome work today everyone. What a great WOD….after an EXCELLENT party last night. Thanks again Brody and Kellie. You guys ROCK!

  2. I need to detox after that party… Perhaps another diet challenge is in order. It was best I didn’t make it to the WOD this morning. I would have ended up just like the Pukie picture. You are all so much fun to hang out with. I loved to see all the creativity in the costumes, treats… EVERYTHING. There isn’t a better group of people out there. Thanks for a great weekend and I’ll see you all next week.
