  1. Just wanted to give props to Joni, Stacie and Julie today for doing 95lb overhead squats all under the games 12 minute cutt-off. Nice work ladies

  2. I am sooooo proud of my husband for doing legit overhead squats @ 135lbs today! It is about time you showed good form! Joni, my body is hating you for insisting on doing 95lbs…I actually made the 12 minute cutoff today, thank you! JULIE, obviously you need to stop sandbaging the workouts…NICE!

  3. Aside from “Annie” and Kellie destroying me every time we do it, this Regionals WOD has become my goat. I’ve done it twice now and yes I improved compared to last time. I made the cutoff time (barely) but I am nowhere near where I need to be. It’s flat out hard for me because it has the two things I need major improvement on. Heavy weight and double unders. I know what I need to do as far as weight and I’m working on it. Double unders… Pretty sure that’s all in my head and I have no idea how to fix that. Any suggestions? What I’m getting at is that I’m not going to give up. I’m going to keep trying again and again until I conquer this one. This is just one of the many things CF has taught me… NEVER QUIT! Great job Joni, Stacie, Julie and Rich. It’s always impressive and inspiring to see people not only take it up a notch, but do it right with proper form and ROM.

  4. Right there with ya Brody! I’ve greatly improved on my OHS (thanks to Dom’s O-Lifting) but I still have a long way to go with this lift. Same with my DU’s. Some days they’re easy, and others, they’re nearly impossible. Frustrating… We’ll get there man!
