Fitness Elevated Masters this Saturday, November 5th. There will be 3 workouts the first workout will start at 11am, the second at 1pm and the third at 3pm. We will be in need of some volunteers and judges if anyone is interested please let me know ASAP. So far we have several CFTC members signed up and we need more! Challenge yourself and sign-up, we need more CFTC athletes to sign-up and show the state of Utah we have the badest Masters.
A. 10 Unbroken Thrusters; rest 1 min x 5 (add 5lbs each set)
B. Hip Extension- 3 x 15 (holding 25#/15#); rest 1 min
C. 20 Unbroken Pull-ups (chin over bar, no butterfly); rest 3 min x 5
D. FLR on Rings- 180 sec
