11/03/10 WOD

 This week will be the last week for Kids Crossfit and Pose Running Classes.  We will start a new Kids Crossfit Nov. 9th limited spots are available.  We will move the Pose Running classes to every Saturday at 10:30am.  The pose running method will help everyone’s running technique, be sure to check it out.
