First time for Crossfit Endurance in the pool!  Some good swimmers mixed with some doggy paddlers.  Great class Autumn!

B.  OHS- 3 x 3 @ 80%; rest 2 min

11/03/11 WOD Results

 

Workouts for the Masters Fitness Elevated event have been announced.  There is still time to register if you are sitting on the fence!  Registration will start at 11am and the first workout will start at 11:30am.  Depending on if we get some last minute people register we are planning on running two heats on every workout.  We will try to move through all three workouts and be done by 3pm.  Anyone is welcome to come and support some of your fellow CFTC athletes.  We will not hold any classes on Saturday.

  2. Mindi, I’m 100% positive he’s referring to me as the doggy paddler. As bad as I am, I still had a blast! Autumn, fantastic instruction! Krystal, I know you were making fun of me to Matt. I could sense the sarcasm in his voice when I called. First you create a My Little Pony addiction in my boys, now this… Why do you hate me?!

  3. Haha! I don’t hate you! I wasnt mocking you… Just taking enjoyment in the moment…But I must say.. It was nice beating you at this ONE thing.. Until you get the breathing down and you smoke everyone as usual. As for the pony issue… That is what they are getting for Christmas. 🙂

  4. For all those that are volunteering tomorrow please be at the club by 9am, and please wear a red shirt. For anyone that can come earlier we will be setting up around 8am. Thanks
