Workouts for the Masters Fitness Elevated event have been announced. There is still time to register if you are sitting on the fence! Registration will start at 11am and the first workout will start at 11:30am. Depending on if we get some last minute people register we are planning on running two heats on every workout. We will try to move through all three workouts and be done by 3pm. Anyone is welcome to come and support some of your fellow CFTC athletes. We will not hold any classes on Saturday.
