New Kids Crossfit Starts on Tuesday, there are limited spots be sure to sign up today!

Were also offering that anyone that has someone interested in “Crossfit Light” and is sitting on the fence not wanting to commit they are welcome to come and try out a class for free.  The class times are: Mon-Tues-Wed 6am & Mon-Wed-Fri 5pm.
