*Due to the snow we will be cancelling the early morning classes (5 & 6am).  We will resume the regular schedule at 7am, Drive safe!

STRENGTH

A.  3 attempts at a 1RM Snatch

B.  3 attempts at a 1RM Clean & Jerk

C.  Front Squats

-Every 30 sec for 2:00 ( 5 reps) @80% of 1RM

-Every 30 sec of 2:00 ( 5 reps) @ 85% of 1RM

-Every 30 sec of 2:00 (5 reps) @ 90% of 1RM

CONDITIONING

For Time:

20 Burpees

100 AD Cals

20 Burpees
