Look at that Autumn making swimmers out of crossfitter’s. Doesn’t look like there are any doggy paddlers here! We have one more Birthday to celebrate still, Happy Birthday Cathy B. After yesterday not sure if you will be able to move but come anyway and we will take away the soreness for an hour.
They are throwing a little party in Cathy’s honor @ 7pm tonight at the Copper Club in Ogden, everyone is welcome!
In teams of 2 you will complete;
“Again Faster Cathy”
A. Max Meters on the Rower
-Each team member will have 60 sec to get max meters on rower, there will be a 10 sec transition time for each member on & off rower.
*Rest 90 seconds
B. 3 Rounds for time of:
25 KB Swings-53m/35w
30 KB SDHP- 53m/35w
35 Double Unders
-After each teammate has finished their exercise they will take a knee, then the next person can go. They will will continue in this fashion for all 3 rounds.
